Privacy policy
What this site collects, who receives it and how to ask for it to be removed.
By the Gold Rush Dahlonega Editorial Team. Updated .
An independent visitor guide. Not the festival’s official website.
The short answer
This site is published by Gold Peach Realty. If you send a message through the contact form, your name, email address and message go to the publisher so someone can reply. The site does not sell personal information and does not run advertising trackers. Write to info@goldpeachrealty.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
What we collect
Messages you send. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, a subject and your message. That is stored on this website and emailed to the publisher.
Server logs. Like every website, the server that hosts this one records the address your request came from, the page asked for and the time. Our hosting company keeps those logs to run and protect the service.
Spam protection. The contact form uses a hidden field and a one-time code to tell people from automated spam. If we add a third-party check such as Google reCAPTCHA, this page will say so first.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. If either of those ever changes, this page will be updated before it happens.
Some pages show homes for sale. Those listings are loaded from the publisher’s own website when you scroll to them, and following one takes you to that website, which has its own privacy policy.
How your message is used
To answer you, and to fix the guide if you reported an error. If you asked about buying or selling a home, a licensed agent at Gold Peach Realty may reply by email or phone. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Your choices
Email info@goldpeachrealty.com or call (770) 283-1223 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on a deletion request unless we are required by law to keep a record.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
